Our two-day Coach Approach gives an overview of coaching that will enhance your effectiveness both personally and professionally. You'll discover growth opportunities within yourself and begin expanding possibilities within others.

Become a Certified Professional Coach
Coaching for Transformation, our year-long core program, gives you new ways to create sacred space for transformation. You'll acquire the tools that help move people from judgment to open-heartedness so that they can create from possibility instead of fear. Most importantly, you’ll put those skills to work: with us, one on one; with your peers, in small groups; and with leaders in the non-profit sector.

Leadership Coaching for Organizations offers the fundamentals of coaching and prepares you to work with management and personnel in organizations, either in-house or as a consultant. If you're active in leadership already, or keen to coach individuals and teams in non-profits, governmental agencies, human rights organizations, or progressive firms, then this version of our core program is for you.

Both of our certification tracks, with 140 hours of face—to—face classes, meet the requirements of the International Coaching Federation for Personal Certified Coach and Master Certified Coach. For details about accreditation, visit the ICF website.
