“My passion is to work with people who want to capture who they are at their deepest level and carry that realization into leadership roles.” Steven skillfully guides his clients to transfer the power of internal, authentic truth into action in the world. He naturally creates space where energy is heightened and ideas flow freely. His clients discover the truest expression of themselves and create their leadership in the world out of that expression.
Steven entered into the coaching profession in 1999 after completing a coaching course as a requirement for a leadership program. “I was working as an optician, but living my real life after hours, doing the things I loved to do – acting, dancing, leading men’s workshops, attending renaissance fairs. I was drawn to coaching and found incredible joy in getting to do what was at the core of my being. My definition of work changed from something I did to earn money to the fun, enlivening, and fulfilling activities I get paid to do.”
Steven is an international coach trainer and advanced coach supervisor. “One of my biggest joys is being part of a process of people awakening to their power and purpose. The CTW courses provide room for holistic awareness – allowing people to discover who they are and claim their authentic self and power.” Always open to new modalities and possibilities, Steven challenges his learners to examine all parts of the human experience and how it can bring value to coaching. “There is an amazing range of experience on our staff. The CTW faculty combines passion, innovation and creativity to design courses that transform individuals and organizations.”
A life long learner, Steven’s work as a coach trainer is a natural extension of who he is. “I find my connection to myself and the world through my engagement with the people I coach and train.” Steven is outdoor-focused and strengthens his connection to the earth through walking, kayaking, bicycling, organic gardening and bird watching.
Steven is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Professional Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He received a BA in economics from San Francisco State University. He lives in rural Pennsylvania where he serves as Vice Chairman of the County Democratic Committee. |
