Elizabeth Woodbridge, CPCC, PCC

Elizabeth Woodbridge, CPCC, PCC Coaching launches positive changes that bring people to a life they love. “I am passionate about coaching clients who are hungry to learn and grow, people who have an understanding of spiritual principals and want to live their lives in accordance with that.” As a trainer and coach, Elizabeth helps individuals and organizations clarify their purpose and lead a rich, meaningful existence. She is a change specialist for people seeking harmonious, balanced, and productive lives.

A coach since 1999, Elizabeth skillfully takes her clients deeper, allowing them to access the authenticity within themselves. Her portfolio prior to coaching includes serving as executive director of several non-profit organizations, event planning, sales, and public relations. “Coaching had such a profound impact on my life that I felt drawn to give that gift back to others. I have repeatedly witnessed the ability of people to look deep within themselves and awaken to new possibilities.”

Elizabeth brings people to the heart of their values and allows them to connect with their purpose. As a CTW trainer, she brings an arsenal of tools and skills into the classroom to share with others. “The CTW curriculum embraces mind, body and spirit and brings students into community with one another. I find such ease in leading this course. The focus on authenticity fosters a safe environment for openness, discovery, and connection.”

Elizabeth enjoys international travel. Her love for adventure has led her to live in four countries and several different states. “My favorite city is Paris.” Laughter and good food abound as Elizabeth enjoys one of her favorite pastimes – spending time with friends. Elizabeth lives in South Salem, NY with her two cats.

Elizabeth is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, Professional Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky.

Elizabeth always takes time to celebrate with her clients. “I want people to be seen, heard and valued. Our world could use a little more of that!”
