Using a holistic approach, you'll learn to integrate body, mind, and spirit to empower people to be the change they want to see in the world.

This in-depth professional certification is even for who are already involved in coaching. If you are an empathic listener who truly enjoys supporting people, you are already impacting the people around you. Coaching for Transformation takes you even deeper. You’ll work with many processes and hone your skills so you have the confidence to face the toughest challenges.

If you are committed to leadership, social change, and human evolution, this training will expand your effectiveness. After graduating you will continue to draw from a community of diverse coaches for mutual support.

Training Team

Mary Kuentz

Mary Kuentz, PCC, CPCC. A professional coach since 1999, Mary is known for her passion, calm clarity, humor, and ability to quickly get to the essence while holding the big picture. Influenced by the wisdom traditions, Mary brings a holistic approach to coaching and facilitation, seeing every situation as an opportunity for deep transformation. She is a seasoned leadership coach, helping organizations become more conscious and responsive to the needs of the world.

Sharon Brown

Sharon Brown, PCC draws on years of corporate experience to train and teach coaching skills in workplace, school and community settings that enhance communication and collaboration, as well as catalyze transformation and action. Sharon’s commitment to serving communities and their residents spills over into her personal life where she co-leads a women’s circle at a homeless shelter, is an Alternatives to Violence Project lead prison workshop facilitator, and served on non-profit boards focused on community development and collaborative communication.

Madhu Krishnappa Maron

Madhu Krishnappa Maron, PCC, CPC, works with people who are stuck in their careers, would love to do something different and have no idea how to start. She supports clients in creating a more satisfying and whole work life. Prior to becoming a coach, Madhu worked as a Human Resources professional for nearly twenty years for The Associated Press, Standard & Poors and other companies.

Kathy Grosso

Kathy Grosso, ACChas created a coaching path that is built on a desire to embed coaching in communities and organizations. “Making coaching skills available and accessible to as many individuals and organizations excites me and grounds me in my desire to work within and for community.”

Rhinebeck: 9-Month Certification Program

Includes: tuition, mentoring, books, assessment, learning community and resources.

Not included: working with a Coaching for Transformation certified coach of your choice for 6 hours.
