Learning Doesn’t End with Certification
Certification is a milestone to be celebrated—a notable accomplishment, the end of a program, a goal reached. But certification is just the beginning of your learning as a coach. As you add the Certified Professional Coach or Certified Community Coach designation to your marketing materials and launch your new practice, you also step into a wider circle of support and learning as a member of Leadership that Works’ alumni community. Being part of a global community of transformative coaches builds on your certification training experience through continued learning, resources, peer support, networking and collaborative opportunities.
As you engage with the graduate community, you have access to many points of connection and benefit from a wide array of resources.
