As CEO of Leadership that Works, Charlotte Morse guides the vision and strategy for the organization’s development, while fostering a collaborative and inspirational culture for the staff and faculty.
Charlotte joined Leadership that Works in 1998, when the company was emerging from a dream to reality. “Initially, I held a lot of moving pieces, everything from finances to administration to operations.” Gradually, these pieces settled into the foundation that now supports an international faculty and LTW’s work around the world. It was her integral part in the foundation and evolution of the company that led Charlotte to be named CEO in 2014.
She holds a deep gratitude to be working alongside a team of individuals who are passionate about their work and bring the field of coaching and facilitation to all corners of the world. “It’s great when an executive hires a coach that results in building an empowered team, but I get really excited witnessing the impact of coaching in the lives of homeless teens, prison communities, and elementary classrooms. It’s the heart and compassion of the Leadership that Works community that sets us apart.”
Charlotte and her husband are new empty nesters, with their twin daughters off at college. An outdoor and RV enthusiast, one of her favorite places to be is sitting around a summer campfire.
