As a coach, are you curious about applying your coaching skills beyond one-on-one coaching? Are you interested in bringing coaching into an organization and/or leadership? Join us to get curious about how your one-to-one coach training translates into community application.
The Group Coaching Facilitation Model was developed to support the facilitation of transformational coaching within organizations and communities. Similar to coaching individuals, coaching skills support groups to think more expansively, to call out their power, and to dig deeper and more authentically.
The Four Phases of the model present a comprehensive guide for coaches to use to support authentic, reflective, and productive space for groups. Each Phase integrates essential coaching skills to move groups through curiosity, deep reflection, possibilities, and action. This seminar demystifies the group coaching dynamic and awakens your coaching skills in service to community.
- Become familiar with the Group Coaching Facilitation Model
- Apply foundational coaching skills to a new group context
- Practice the phases of the model through a Group Coaching demonstration and practice
- Network with other participants to explore the application of the Group Coaching Facilitation Model
